The challenge starts with how you eat. Later there will be a Get Fit Challenge in Early Fall 2015 (so stay tuned for that)!
How you eat is a great base to getting healthy and prepping your body for exercise. Once you are in the habit of eating right, exercise will just be something to make you feel even better.
The Eat Healthy, Feel Good Challenge will consist of Weekly Meal Plans, Grocery Shopping Lists, Recipes and Motivation.
